For me, the answer is clear: It’s all about data.


If your data isn’t structured, clean, and actionable, no amount of AI, automation, or technology will save you. AI is only as powerful as the data it feeds on—without a strong foundation, it’s just another buzzword.


This year, the most successful CS teams will be the ones that prioritize data integrity, accessibility, and strategy. They’ll build the infrastructure needed to truly leverage AI, drive predictive insights, and create seamless customer experiences.
