Who's Behind the Mic
I’m Kristi Faltorusso. I’ve spent the last 14 years building, scaling, and leading Customer Success organizations in B2B SaaS. Along the way, I’ve learned that the most valuable conversations rarely happen in frameworks or highlight reels — they happen in the moments where things get messy, unclear, or uncomfortable.
These podcasts are an extension of the work I care most about: creating clarity, asking better questions, and making space for honest conversations about leadership, growth, and the human side of work. Some episodes are tactical and deeply rooted in Customer Success. Others are more personal and reflective. All of them are grounded in real experience and a belief that better conversations lead to better outcomes. These outcomes can be life changing.
