About Giuliana Corbo:


Giuliana is the award-winning Chief Executive Officer of Nearsure, the digital innovation and growth partner building phenomenal user-first digital solutions for today’s leading brands. From the very beginning, she has spearheaded Nearsure’s sustained growth and positioned Nearsure as a trusted partner for cutting-edge brands across the globe. In addition to her expertise in technology, business development, and finance, she’s an active member of Forbes’ Technology Council and an advocate for women in tech.


Before joining Nearsure, Giuliana was the Chief Financial Officer at Uruit, an agile software development agency in Uruguay that builds user-centric web and mobile applications. There, she oversaw financial operations and played a key role in the company’s expansion to the US and Colombia.


Prior to these C-suite responsibilities, Corbo served as the Administrative and Financial Manager at Caldem SA. This role gave her the strong foundation for her financial savvy, and she gained skills in investment analysis, financial strategy, and budget control.


Her educational background also demonstrates a keen interest and specialization in data. Giuliana earned a degree in accounting at Universidad de la República in Montevideo. Then, she completed a postgraduate degree in Big Data Analysis and Machine Learning from Universidad ORT Uruguay. Additionally, she has pursued complementary learning opportunities through MIT and Stanford to further enhance her ability to effectively lead and manage large-scale projects and organizations.


Giuliana is committed to continuous learning, strategic vision, and driving growth and innovation. Because of her diverse experience in finance, and strategic planning, she is a versatile, effective, and adaptable leader in an ever-changing tech landscape.
