Over the past year, I’ve been closely following the Customer Success Reddit Sub—and honestly, some of the stories are heartbreaking.

Every day, CSMs share their frustrations: lack of support, minimal enablement, unclear expectations, and an overwhelming desire to leave the profession entirely.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

We have an opportunity to change the trajectory of our industry—but first, we need to understand why so many are struggling.

That’s why I’m conducting an independent survey focused entirely on the CSM experience—and I need your voice.
