If you're looking for the people and resources worth following in Customer Success, SuccessCOACHING just handed you the list.

The 2026 Customer Success Thought Leadership Awards are open for community voting through Saturday, October 31, and the nominee list is full of leaders, independent voices, podcasts, newsletters and communities shaping how this profession works.

I'm nominated in four categories this year:

  • Independent Voice (People track)

  • Content Creator (People track)

  • Podcast: After the Close (Resources track)

  • Publication: The Journey Newsletter (Resources track)

The Journey nomination means a lot to me. So many of you have read it for years, and seeing it recognized right before it sunsets makes this one extra special.

SuccessCOACHING has named me to their Top 25 Customer Success Influencers list six years in a row, and I never take it for granted.

This community is where I found some of my closest friends, and these awards are a chance to celebrate the people who make it what it is.

You don't have to vote in every category. Pick the ones you know best and vote for the people and resources that actually helped you this year. If that's me, I would love your vote.

And while you're there, look through the full nominee list. If you're still looking for your people in this community, it's a great place to start. Winners will be announced November 10.
