This site is run by Kristi Faltorusso, LLC (“I,” “me” or “my”). This policy explains what I collect when you visit kristifaltorusso.com, sign up for After the Close, download something or buy from my store, and what I do with it. Questions go to kristi@kristifaltorusso.com.

 

What I collect

What you give me. Your name, email, company and anything else you type into a form on this site: the newsletter signup, the contact form, the media kit request and free tool downloads.

 

When you buy something. Your name, email, billing details and order history. Payments run through Wix Payments and the processors it uses. I never see or store your full card number.

 

What your browser sends. Pages you visit, how you got here, your device and browser type, and general location, collected through cookies and similar tools from Wix and Google Analytics.

 

Email activity. Whether you open After the Close and which links you click, so I know what’s actually useful.

How I use it

​

• To send what you asked for: the newsletter, a download, your order or a reply to your message

• To deliver digital products and send order receipts

• To follow up on partnership and media kit requests

• To understand what’s working on the site and in the newsletter

• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements

 

I don’t sell your personal information, and I don’t share it with anyone so they can market to you.

Who else touches it

​

I use a few service providers to run the business, and they only get what they need to do their job: Wix (website, store, forms and email marketing), Wix Payments and its payment processors, Google Analytics, Anthropic’s Claude, Notion, QuickBooks and my accountant. They may store data in the United States or other countries.

I’ll also share information if the law requires it, to protect my rights or someone’s safety, or if the business is ever sold or merged.

Email and your choices

​

You only get After the Close if you signed up for it. Every issue has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works right away. If you request the media kit or a free tool, I’ll send you what you asked for, and I won’t add you to the newsletter unless you check the box.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like the cart, may stop working if you do.

Your rights

​

Depending on where you live, including California and the EU or UK, you may have the right to see the personal information I have about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy of it or object to how I use it. Email kristi@kristifaltorusso.com and I’ll handle it within 30 days. I won’t treat you differently for asking.

How long I keep it

​

Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually seven years. Everything else is deleted when I no longer need it.

Security

​

The site runs over HTTPS, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No system is perfectly secure, but I only work with providers who take this seriously.

​

Children

​

This site is for business professionals. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

​

Changes

​

If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top. Big changes will also go out in an email.
