LEGAL

Terms & conditions.

Effective November 1, 2026

This site is run by Kristi Faltorusso, LLC (“I,” “me” or “my”). By using kristifaltorusso.com, signing up for After the Close, or buying anything here, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or buy from it. Questions go to kristi@kristifaltorusso.com.

Templates and digital products

When you buy a template, bundle or free tool, you get a license to use it. You don’t own it, and the license has a few rules.

What you can do. Use it inside your own company, edit it, and share it with your coworkers at that company.

What you can’t do. Use it with clients or for client work, resell it, give it away, post it publicly, upload it to a template marketplace, or bundle it into a product, course or service of your own. If you’re a consultant or agency, the templates are for running your own business, not for delivering work to your clients.

Delivery. Downloads are available right after purchase. If a file doesn’t come through or won’t open, email me and I’ll send you a working replacement.

Refunds. Because these are digital downloads, all sales are final and I don’t offer refunds.

The CS Architect Workshop

Applications. Applying doesn’t guarantee a seat. I review every application, and seats are confirmed once payment is received.

Payment. Pay by card or wire. If you need an invoice for your company, I’m happy to send one.

Refunds. All workshop sales are final and I don’t offer refunds.

Can’t attend? Your company can transfer your seat to another current employee before the cohort starts. Email me with their name and role and I’ll update the roster. Seats can’t be transferred to someone outside your company.

Missed sessions. Every live session is recorded, and you can watch the recording in your cohort portal.

Workshop materials. Frameworks, templates and recordings follow the same license as the templates above: for your own company, not for clients, and not for resale or sharing.

Consulting, advisory and coaching

If we work together on an engagement, our signed agreement covers that work. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

My content

Everything on this site, plus the After the Close newsletter, podcast and blog, belongs to me, including my frameworks, writing, graphics and recordings. You’re welcome to share a link or quote a short excerpt with credit to me. Please don’t republish full pieces or present my work as your own.

No guarantees

My content, templates and workshop are built from real experience, but every company is different. I can’t promise specific results, like a retention number or a revenue outcome. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or HR advice.

Other companies’ tools

Payments run through Wix Payments, booking runs through Calendly, and some content plays through Spotify and YouTube. Those services have their own terms, and I’m not responsible for how they work.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I’m not liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profits or lost data, from using this site or anything you buy here. If I’m ever found liable, the most I’ll owe is what you paid me in the 6 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. Purchases follow the terms in place on the day you bought.
