Partnership Kickoff Deck Template

Start every customer with the executive in the room, three ranked goals and a plan both teams agree on.

I have walked into kickoffs where the executive didn't show up and someone looked at us and said, "So who are you guys and why are you here?" On day one, that account was already at risk, because the product was happening to them instead of with them.

This deck runs the alignment meeting that belongs before onboarding starts. You confirm why they bought, agree on how the two teams will work together, find out who on their side is accountable if it gets off track, and have the executive rank their top three goals so onboarding has one clear first win. The slides come with speaker notes, and the guide includes a filled-in example for a made-up customer, a 60-minute agenda and what to do when the kickoff goes sideways.
