Executive Account Brief Template

Send your executive into every customer meeting prepared, with the stakes, the people, the risks and the one thing only they can do.

Nothing undoes months of relationship building faster than an executive who walks into a customer meeting cold. They ask a question the customer already answered three times or praise the champion who just got demoted, and you spend the next two weeks cleaning it up.

Most of the time that isn't the executive's fault. They had a CRM printout and five minutes in the hallway. This brief hands over the context in a form a busy leader will actually read: the meeting at a glance, a one-slide summary, their business, who's in the room and how they feel, the value story, the risks, the decisions on the table, talking points and a slide for what happens after. Every slide has speaker notes, and the guide shows a filled-in example for a made-up customer plus the cover note that gets the brief read.
