Accomplishment Tracker Template

Write down your wins while they're fresh and walk into every review and promotion conversation with evidence.

Quick, name everything you accomplished in February. I'll wait. Customer Success work is mostly invisible until something goes wrong, and by review season you're scrolling through old chat messages trying to remember any of it. Your manager doesn't remember your Q1 either.

This tracker turns your work into a record your manager can actually use: what happened, what you did and what changed because you did it. Each entry captures your contribution, the impact scope and type, the before and after, the value, the skill it shows and who already knows about it. The Summary tab breaks your work down by impact, scope and skill, and the Review prep tab helps you pick your strongest entries and shape them into the story you want your manager to tell. And if writing down your wins feels like bragging, please get over that. It's documentation.
