Thank you for your interest in joining me on the She’s So Suite podcast. This podcast was designed to help aspiring professionals hear from successful women who have made it all the way to the top. In this podcast series I will interview women sitting in a variety of positions including but not limited to Chief Executive Officers, Chief Customer Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief People Officers, Chief Product Officers, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Legal Officer etc.
Step 1: Booking Your Recording Date
We record the She's So Suite Podcast on Thursday's at 11am EST and 1pm EST. If for some reason you need an alternative recording day or time, please email Kristi Faltorusso at kristi@kristifaltorusso.com to arrange. Otherwise, please book the soonest possible recording date.
Step 2: Complete the Guest Intake Form
Next, I will need you to complete this She’s So Suite guest intake form. This form ensures that I have everything I need to promote the recording, create assets for you to share on social media and to manage and produce the best conversation possible. I do ask that you please have this form completed ASAP and at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled recording time.
Step 3: Prepare For Recording
Please make sure you have everything you need in advance and that you show up on the day of prepared and ready.

Tools and Tips for creating the highest quality recording possible …

Headphones are required on the day of the recording - if they are bluetooth and wireless please make sure they are fully charged prior to the recording

We recommend that you use an external microphone to record, using the microphone on your computer will likely have an echo and will risk picking up additional background noise

Be sure to have all other apps and sites on your computer closed prior to our recording - fully exit out of Slack/Teams, LinkedIn, your email and/or calendar etc.

Put your phone on silent mode or shut it off completely to avoid distractions

Ensure your smart watch is silenced or on do not disturb - we’ve had instances where Siri wanted to respond to questions and answers

Please sure that dog/children/spouses are aware of our recording time and that they will not be interrupting in the middle of the recording

All recordings will be done with cameras on as we will be using the video on channels like YouTube and other social media sites so please come dressed and groomed appropriately for recording
If you need advice on any hardware (mics, headphones, cameras etc.) please let me know.
Step 4: Recording Day
On the day of your recording, please arrive on time as we will want to get started as quickly as possible. Have a beverage of your choice handy to ensure you’re hydrated throughout the show.
The questions we will go through are in the intake form, so you’ll have a sense of what we will cover together. That said, we may go off script, and that’s ok. If there is a fascinating story in there, I might want to go deeper
and as a result we may only get to 5 questions instead of 10, and that’s ok.
The goal is to share your story, your advice and learnings to the future leaders of tech.
My preferred style of podcast is very conversational. It will not be a question, answer, question answer flow. I hope that you will bring some energy, humility and humor to the show as it’s much more fun when it sounds like it’s just two old friends getting together for a chat. We will record for about 60 minutes with the goal of getting about 40 minutes per recorded episode.
If we are new friends, we can schedule a pre-call to get acquainted if you prefer which will make our recording that much more fun. Just let me know and we can work to get that scheduled.
Lastly, we record on Riverside.fm. Please be sure you can access this site prior to the recording date.
